How To Use This Calendar:

Step 1: Click on the "Google Calendar" link located in the bottom right corner of the calendar

Step 2: Log In to your Google Account ( If you have a email address on g-mail then use your email and email password to log in. If you don't have a g-mail email address or a Google account then you need to register a new account with Google. You can do this by clicking HERE

Step 3: Once you have logged into Google account you need to click on the "Google Calendar" link or if you see a calendar on your screen you are already in Google Calendars. Once you are in Google Calendars a window will pop up asking if you want to add "Utah Valley Arts Association" to your calendars. Click "Yes"

Step 4: On the bottom left hand of your screen you will see the different calendar options. It will show "My Calendars" and "Other Calendars". Just to the left of "Other Calendars" you will see an arrow. Click on this arrow to expand your "Other Calendars", You should now see the Utah Valle Arts Association Calendar.

Step 5: If you are a member of the UVAA, then you can add events to this calendar by clicking on the arrow pointing down located just to the right of the UVAA calendar. When you click on this you will see a window pop  up that has options such as: Create an event.

Extras: If you are a member you can submit events on the UVAA calendar. Up to 4 events per member will also be published in the UVAA Newsletter, UVAA Community Poster, and in the Daily Herald. You can load more then 4 events on our calendar but only a maximum of 4 will be sent to our media sponsors.

You can set the calendar up to send you text notifications of events in the arts community by clicking on notifications and linking your cell phone to the UVAA calendar.
